R on Mac portのvariantsは注意しようね

玖侶之子(Leopard)を姉に自慢してみたりしながら、だべっていたら、姉がRすげーすげーとか言い出して、入れることになった。入れさせられた。いえ、入れさせていただきました。忠実な下僕としては当然です！

で、いれてみたら、なんてこったいgcc 4.3入れるんですか。

はらはら！なりゆき！

sudo port install R

デフォがgcc 4.3でコンパイルだったんですよ！調べたらgcc 4.2でも入れれたみたい。あふぅ。

入ったソフト

mpfr @2.4.1-p4_1
gcc43 @4.3.3_0
glib2 @2.20.4_0

fu7mu4：gcc43は、gccは時間がかかるよぅ〜
さんご：あ、fu7mu4くんは昔、Dec上でgcc2.8からgcc3.3にバージョンアップしようとしたことがあるんです。gccはコンパイル→作ったコンパイルで再コンパイル→比較という手順でインストールするんです。それで、最後の比較でこけて終了したことがあるんです。

いいんちょ：そうだったのか。どうだ、みんな。こころに傷を負ってるみたいだし。

さんご：むかしとった杵柄でしょう。

そんなこんなで。時間が経ちました。

ここでpangoについてはこんなエラーが。

Error: To install pango without the no_x11 variant, cairo must be installed without the no_x11 variant.
Error: Target org.macports.extract returned: incompatible cairo installation
Error: The following dependencies failed to build: pango tcl tk xorg-libXScrnSaver xorg-scrnsaverproto
Error: Status 1 encountered during processing.

どうも、cairoってのがno_x11でインストールされてるから、合わせたらいいらしい。

でちょっと掃除して入れ直し。

sudo port clean pango
sudo port install pango +no_x11

続行した。

sudo port install R
